Important Notes:
- Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery times may vary based on courier services and external factors such as busy periods or weather conditions.
- Shipping to remote locations may take up to 4-6 weeks.
- We are not responsible for address errors, lost packages, or delays once your order leaves our facility.
- Express shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to most parts of the world, including the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, and Europe. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to French Polynesia, Russia, or China at this time.
Order & Shipping Process
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times range from 5-15 business days, depending on your destination.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way, which can be used to track your order’s journey [here]. You will also be notified via email when your order has been shipped and delivered.

Order Status
Track your order easily by entering your order number and email address on our tracking page. You’ll be able to see updates such as:
- Ordered > In Process > Order Ready > In Transit > Out for Delivery > Delivered
Order Cancellations & Changes
We work quickly to process your orders, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been placed.

Late & Lost Orders
We understand delays can be frustrating, but they do happen from time to time.

Late Orders:
If your order is delayed, please verify your shipping address and consider any potential shipping delays. If your order has not arrived within 21 business days, contact us at help@manjaras.com, and we’ll assist in tracking your package. -
Marked as Delivered but Didn’t Arrive:
First, check around your property and ask neighbors. If it’s still missing after 3 business days, file a claim with your local carrier. Contact us within 7 business days at help@manjaras.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Missing/Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or are missing an item from your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package. Send your order number, a photo of the items received, and your shipping label to help@manjaras.com. We’ll investigate and assist in correcting the order.
Manjaras Broken/Faulty Item Warranty
If your jewelry is faulty or broken due to a manufacturing defect, you can submit a claim within 90 days of delivery.
- What’s covered: Manufacturing defects.
- What’s not covered: Lost jewelry, normal wear and tear, or damage from misuse or improper storage.
To submit a claim, please contact us at help@manjaras.com with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographic evidence (and a video if necessary, for items like earring clasps).
- Your current shipping address.
