Shipping Destinations

We ship to most parts of the world, including the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, and Europe. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to French Polynesia, Russia, or China at this time.

Order & Shipping Process

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your purchase is placed. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Please note, occasional fulfillment delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances.

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5–15 business days, depending on your destination and courier transit times. You’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcel’s journey, along with updates when your order has been shipped and delivered.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check for any typos in your email address. Contact us at help@manjaras.com with your full name, shipping address, and phone number to help locate your order.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Late & Lost Orders

We understand delays can be frustrating, but sometimes they happen.

Late Orders

If your order is delayed, please double-check your shipping address and consider any possible shipping delays. If your order has not arrived within 21 business days, contact us at help@manjaras.com, and we’ll help track your package.

Marked as Delivered but Didn’t Arrive

If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, check around your property and with neighbours. If it’s still missing after 3 business days, file a claim with your local carrier and contact us within 7 business days at help@manjaras.com.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or are missing an item from your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package. Send your order number, a photo of the items received, and your shipping label to help@manjaras.com. We’ll investigate and correct the order.

What's Covered?

  • Major color fading, flaking, or tarnishing.

  • Item purchased directly from manjaras.com.

What's Not Covered?

  • Lost or stolen items.

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, minor damage).

  • Damage from misuse, improper storage, or harsh chemicals.

Submitting a Claim

Email help@manjaras.com with:

  • Your Order Number.

  • Item details and a description of the problem.

  • Photographic evidence showing the damage.

  • Your current shipping address.

(Note: Store credit from a claim is for replacement only and is a final sale. We reserve the right to deny claims based on misuse.)

Manjaras Broken/Faulty Item Warranty

If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, you can submit a claim within 90 days of delivery.

What’s covered: Manufacturing defects.
What’s not covered: Lost jewelry, normal wear and tear, or damage from misuse or improper storage.

  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence (and a video if necessary for items like earring clasps)
  • Your current shipping address
