Returns and exchanges

30 day return window
You can return items purchased from manjaras.com for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved before you send the item back to us.

Condition of returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn and in its original packaging, including any gifts.

Pierced earrings
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings, including studs, hoops and huggies, once the sealed packaging has been opened. This does not affect your legal rights if an item arrives faulty or damaged. If there is a problem with your earrings, email help@manjaras.com and we will put it right.

Return shipping cost
We do not cover the cost of return shipping. You are responsible for return postage and for providing a tracking number as proof of return.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are calculated based on any promotional discount applied to the order. It may take 2 to 7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we offer store credit. Once your return is processed you will receive a personalised code for future use. All exchanges are final.

Gift exchanges
Gifted items are non refundable but can be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be cancelled.

• Order number
• Item or items you would like to return or exchange
• For a gift exchange, the buyer's full name, email, order number, shipping address or phone number

If you are experiencing an issue with a product, tell us and we will take a different approach to resolve it.
